I made a purchase but didn't receive the goods

First, try reloading the game tab. If the reward is still missing, use the instructions below to check whether your payment was registered in the purchase history. 

You can find receipts in your email. They come from mailer@xsolla.com.

  1. If you have found the receipt, take a screenshot and send it to our Support team. Our specialists will investigate your case.
  2. If you cannot find the receipt, contact your payment system Support. You can find the instructions on how to do it in the How to contact Xsolla payment Support section of this page.

Our Support specialists cannot verify bank or other third-party receipts since they have access only to game-related transaction history.
I made a payment and got the wrong item

If you have received the wrong item, take a screenshot of the payment receipt from Xsolla. You can find receipts in your mail. They come from mailer@xsolla.com.

After that, contact our Support team and attach the screenshot to your inquiry. Our specialists will review your ticket.

I can't make a payment

There might be several reasons why you cannot make a payment:

  • The payment window does not load.
  • Your payment method/currency is not listed.
  • You need to change currency.

Payment window doesn't load
  1. Clear your browser cache.
  2. Try to temporarily disable your AdBlock or other blocking plugins. Sometimes, even antivirus can block payment windows by mistake.
  3. If the payment window still does not show up, contact our Support team. Attach a screenshot of what you see when trying to make a purchase. Our specialists will investigate your case.
I get an error while making payment
All payment issues are handled by the Xsolla platform. In this case, you should contact Xsolla to find out the reason why your payment cannot be processed. You can find the instructions on how to do it in the How to contact payment Support section of this page.
Special offers

Sometimes you will be offered to buy special packs of resources, heroes, builders, etc. Such offers are called bundles or special offers.

The pool of offers is the same for every player. They are created manually, the contents and price of each of them are fixed, and the distribution of bundles is a fully automatic process. It is not possible to create a personal offer.

What is VIP status?

VIP status is a subscription that lasts one week. It grants you several bonuses depending on your VIP level.

There are 20 VIP levels in the game. To reach a certain VIP level, you need a specific number of VIP points. You earn VIP points by making purchases in the game.

To view the bonuses of a certain VIP level, do the following:

  1. Click the VIP button in the center of the game page.
  2. Click the Details button.
  3. Click the left and right arrows to switch between different VIP levels.

How to cancel automatic prolongation of the VIP status?

You can cancel automatic payment in your Xsolla account. There is no automatic payment function in the game itself.

My payment method/currency isn't listed

All supported payment methods and currencies are determined by the payment system, Xsolla.
