I completed an offer but didn't receive promised gems

If you completed the Free Gems offer, but the gems weren't credited to you, you will need to contact the offer's provider as they are responsible for it. We do not manage these offers.

 

Facebook: 

Please open the offer wall (click on free gems button in the game), scroll it to the bottom and click the Support link to send them a request. 

If you completed an offer from TrialPay, you can also use this link, if your offer wall has disappeared. 

 

iOS:

If you didn't receive free gems from one of the offers, please do the following:

  1. Tap on the + button near the gems icon
  2. Tap on Free Gems button
  3. Select Missing Gems in the bottom of the screen
  4. Submit a request to the Fyber Customer Support.

You can also use the web form.

 

Android:

If you didn't receive free gems from one of the offers, please do the following:

  1. Tap on the + button near the gems icon
  2. Tap on Free Gems button
  3. Select Missing Gems in the bottom of the screen
