I bought gems but didn't receive them

If you have purchased gems for Throne Rush and they weren't credited to your game account during an hour since the purchase, please follow these steps to resolve this issue: 

 

Facebook:

If you purchased gems in the web version of the game, please send us an inquiry and attach a screenshot of Facebook payment history. 

To make this screenshot, open the Payments tab in Facebook account settings, click on Purchase History, select data range and click Apply. Screenshot the problem transaction. 

 

iOS:

If you purchased gems in iOS version of the game, please send us an inquiry and attach a screenshot of iTunes receipt for this transaction (you can find it in your e-mail).
Receipts come from no_reply@email.apple.com. so you can search it in your mailbox. 

Please make sure that the date and amount of gems are displayed on this screenshot. 

 

Android:

If you purchased gems in Android version of the game, please send us an inquiry and attach a screenshot of Google Play receipt for this transaction (you can find it in your e-mail).
Receipts come from googleplay-noreply@google.com so you can search it in your mailbox. 

Please make sure that the date and amount of gems are displayed on this screenshot.
