In this article, you can find answers to frequently asked questions about account management.

I've lost my account

  1. Open the Play Games app;
  2. Go to the settings:
  3. Find the Your data menu. Tap the Change account for games button:​
  4. Find the Change the default account for games section and tap Change:
  5. Select Change the default account for all games:
  6. You will see the list of all your Google accounts. 
  7. Select the account linked to your game progress. If you do not see this account in the list, skip the next step.
  8. Launch the game. Google Play Games will recover your game progress.

If you cannot find the account linked to your game progress, tap the Add another account button. Enter your login and password. If you do not remember your email or password, try resetting it by tapping the Forgot email? or Forgot password? button accordingly.

If you still cannot access your account, contact our Support team and describe your situation in detail. Our specialists need the following information to find your account in the database:

  • Village name (nickname).
  • Castle level.
  • The name of your Brotherhood (if you joined any).
  • Did you make any purchases in the game?
  • When was the last time you logged in to this account?
I want to transfer my account to another device

Sign in to your Google Play account on the new device, and your progress will be automatically recovered.
I want to transfer my account to another platform 

Your game progress is permanently connected to the platform where it was created. It is impossible to transfer your account to another platform since all game versions use their own dedicated servers.

If you think that you have been hacked, change the password to your Google Play account as soon as possible. If you cannot change password, contact Google Play Support:

  1. Open the Play Store app on your device.
  2. Tap your avatar to open the Menu
  3. Go to the bottom of the list and find Help & feedback. 
  4. Select Contact us at the bottom of the page.
  5. Follow the provided instructions to submit a ticket and wait for the answer.

Can I link my game account to a social media page?

You can link your game account to your Facebook page. To do this, open the Settings by tapping the gear icon on the left side of the game screen. Tap the Disconnected  button to link your Facebook page:

If you need to unlink your Facebook page, tap the Connected button:

The game supports only Facebook.
